This post will cover with setting up in the following:

Setting up Terms and Conditions
1. Navigate to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/
2. Select Tenant Administration

3. Select Terms and Conditions

4. Select "Create"

5. Enter the following:
Name: Optional name for Terms and Conditions
Description: Optional description of Terms and Conditions

6. Under Assignments, ensure that is assigned to "All Users"

7. Lastly, review and create. Once satisfied, create the terms and conditions.
