(33) Reset device with a Win32 app

I have been testing on the side for awhile now on how to do a proper system reset via Company Portal, for this to work it uses the "ServiceUI.exe" and Powershell script. I take no credit for this, all thanks to Jeroen Burgerhout's post.

End user will go to Company Portal, click on Install. It will start downloading, then be prompted to select Continue or Cancel.

By selecting Continue, device will restart

Immediately after that it will start resetting this PC.
