(58) OneDrive Sync Reports

For the last couple of recent projects, I have implemented this setting which allows a summary of everything happening with OneDrive so that it can resolve common issues quickly.

The process is pretty straight forward, which will be covered below.

1. Navigate to https://config.office.com/, then sign in as a Global Administrator or Office Apps Admin.

2. Expand on Health then select OneDrive Sync, and you will see that it isn't setup

3. Select Setup, and it will provide an association key. Copy the key.

4. Navigate to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/ then select Devices then select Windows then select Configuration Profiles. Create a new profile with settings catalog.

Enter a name for the profile.

Search for: Sync Admin reports

Enable setting and paste the Tenant Association key from Step 4.

5. Navigating back to Step 1 and 2, you will be able to see the results and resolve any issues that occur.
