As I have my own personal AAD tenant aka MR B SOE Way, I wanted to transfer my Azure subscription I have under my work email address which I rarely don't use over to my personal AAD tenant. I will cover the process in this post.

The setup process: - Personal AAD Tenant (MR B SOE Way) is using Pay-As-You-Go subscription method

- Work AAD Tenant is using a Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription – MPN subscription

The steps involved are:

1. Invite WorkEmailAddress@domain.com over to personal AAD tenant (MR B SOE Way)

2. An email will be sent through to the WorkEmailAddress@domain.com, select on Accept invitation.

3. Click "Accept"

4. Under WorkEmailAddress@domain.com and credentials, go through the required MFA setup etc on AAD tenant (MR B SOE Way).

As for MR B SOE Way setup, I have "Terms of Use" CA in place, any guests will be going through this setup as per this guide: https://soeintunedevice.wixsite.com/home/post/4-conditional-access-terms-of-use

5. Then under WorkEmailAddress@domain.com tenant, go to Subscriptions then Change Directory then from the dropdown, select the personal AAD tenant which should be available for transfer. Wait 10 mintues for this to happen.

6. Under WorkEmailAddress@domain.com, navigate to https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory then select Switch to your personal AAD

7. This will redirect to your AAD tenant with your WorkEmailAddress@domain.com then click on Subscriptions.

8. Then select IAM, then select Add role assignment

9. Select Owner, then select Members, enter in the AADPersonalEmailAddress@domain.com for that own personal AAD Tenant.

8. Under personal AAD tenant, log out and log back in then with personal AAD tenant credentials to see the subscription: Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription – MPN successfully transferred.
