(24) 3 Methods to access W365 Cloud PC

In my previous post, I mentioned this one of the ways to access W365 Cloud PC.

Today I will show you the other ways of accessing W365 Cloud PC.

This is broken into the following methods:

- Method 1: Connect to Cloud PC using Windows 365 App

- Method 2: Access Windows 365 Cloud PC using Browser

- Method 3: Access Windows 365 Cloud PC using Microsoft Remote Desktop Client

Method 1: Connect to Cloud PC using Windows 365 App

1. Navigate to https://windows365.microsoft.com then under Windows 365 app, select Go to Microsoft Store.

2. Select "Always allow windows365.microsoft.com to open links associated of this type in the associated app". Then select Open Microsoft Store.

3. Select Get. This will download and available from the start menu.

Method 2: Access Windows 365 Cloud PC using Browser

1. Navigate to https://windows365.microsoft.com with any browser.

2. Select Open in browser

3. When promtped, select your desired In session settings. Then select Connect.

Method 3: Access Windows 365 Cloud PC using Microsoft Remote Desktop Client

1. Navigate to https://windows365.microsoft.com then under Microsoft Remote Desktop apps, select Download 64-bit.

Note: Select on Get Subscription URL, make a copy of that as that will be needed in Step 4.

2. Run the installation till it's finished then select Launch Remote Desktop when setup exits.

3. Under Let's get started, select Subscribe or Subscribe with URL.

Subscribe - this is the recommended option to access the Cloud PC with its name.

Subscribe with URL - access the Cloud PC with a unique URL.

4. Under Subscribe to a Workspace, copy and paste the Subscription URL. Then select Next.

5. You will be prompted to login with the credentials. Allow this to load.

Which eventually will show with the Remote Desktop session

6. Double click on the icon, and you will be prompted to login with your credentials to connect.

7. It will then load to Cloud PC Enterprise.
